House Majority PAC Airs Final Spots in Nine Races

Democratic-aligned House Majority PAC today will announce its final flight of advertisements in nine key races.

According to a copy of the spots provided early to Roll Call, House Majority PAC will target the following districts with six-figure buys:

In Arizona’s 1st district, the Democratic group and EMILY’s List will jointly air “Why” through Election Day in the Phoenix market for $120,000:

In Arizona’s new 9th district, it will join with EMILY’s List to air “About Women” through Election Day in the Phoenix market for $120,000:

In California’s 36th district, House Majority PAC will target Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R) with a $285,000 weeklong buy in the Palm Springs market:

In California’s 52nd district, the super PAC will target Rep. Brian Bilbray (R) with “Representing You,” a spot that will run through Election Day as part of an $850,000 buy in San Diego:

In Georgia’s 12th district, House Majority PAC will target state Rep. Lee Anderson (R), who is vying to unseat Rep. John Barrow (D). The spot, “Dine,” will run in the Augusta and Savannah markets through Election Day in a $180,000 buy:

In Illinois’ open 13th district, the super PAC will target Rodney Davis (R), a former top aide to Rep. John Shimkus (R-Ill.), with the spot “Insider.” The advertisement will run in the Champaign market for a week at $165,000:

In Indiana’s open 2nd district, House Majority PAC will target former state Rep. Jackie Walorski (R) with “Extreme,” a spot that will run through Election Day for $185,000 in the South Bend market:

In Minnesota’s 8th district, House Majority PAC will target Rep. Chip Cravaack (R) with “Who We Are,” a spot airing in the Duluth and Twin Cities markets. The advertisement is part of a $650,000 buy:

The super PAC will target Rep. Francisco “Quico” Canseco (R) in Texas’ 23rd district with two spots in the San Antonio markets: “Play By the Rules,” in conjunction with the League of Conservation Voters, and “Dream.” The first spot will run through Election Day backed by a $480,000 buy:

“Dream” will also run through Election Day but as part of the group’s already announced buy for $415,000.

The spots are in addition to other House Majority PAC ads announced in recent days for races in Florida, Nebraska and Tennessee. The super PAC will also expand its existing buys in Iowa’s 4th district and Illinois’ 12th district.
