House Republicans Attack John Barrow on Ga. Television #GA12

The National Republican Congressional Committee will start its second television campaign targeting Rep. John Barrow, D-Ga., on Tuesday.

The advertisement — backed by a modest $10,000 buy in the Augusta media market — seeks to tie Barrow to the president’s health care law, which remains unpopular in Georgia.

This marks the House GOP committee’s second ad buy against Barrow this cycle. In March, the NRCC spent $2,750 on an ad against Barrow in the Augusta media market.

Barrow is one of the NRCC’s top targets in 2014. He represents a district that GOP presidential candidates carried in each of the past three presidential cycles. In 2012, Republican nominee Mitt Romney won the district with 55 percent.

Yet Barrow won re-election last cycle with 53 percent, even after his seat was drawn to be more favorable for Republican candidates following the decennial redistricting process.

So far, there are two Republicans in the contest: Rick Allen, who lost the primary for the seat in 2012, and congressional aide John Stone, who lost to Barrow by a 32-point margin in 2008

As of the end of the second quarter, Barrow had $829,000 in cash on hand for this race.

The 12th District is rated a Lean Democrat contest by Rothenberg Political Report/Roll Call.

Fascinating. How many Dem’s will be able to run the same add against the complicit GOP who’ve given up (see Karl Rove.) If they don’t abort this monster now, it will kill us all. #ObamaCare #YouOwnIt @GOP

I hope the DNC is noticing. . . time to rally the troops.

I asked Congressman John Barrow from Augusta, GA why he continues to give our tax money to the hate-filled “m”uslim countries this past February at a local Townhall meeting. He actually said to me that he is justified because the “muslims like us at different levels.” The owner of the local paper just happen to be there but just as well if he wasn’t. His name is Dubose Porter from Dublin, GA, who just happen to run for the governor of GA this past election on the democratic ticket. He didn’t see the need to print anything that might of been too painful for Barrow to remember in the up coming elections. While the Congressman would not state why he really supported Obama”care”, he did state that it should be modified. In my personal opinion, I’m willing to “bet” that his real reasoning for supporting such is because of the homosexuals and AIDS and those who want a sex change operation. IF anyone else should benefit from Obama”care” (if that is even possible), it will only be by coincidence. Personally, I “do not” trust the guy–not even for a second!
